Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of buildquick.co.in and the Nous, Plutus, and Tyche product demos (together, the Services). By using a Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who provides the Services
BuildQuick is an independent product lab operated by Sachin Kamath in India. References to “BuildQuick”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean that operator.
2. Demo status
The Services are prototypes and product demonstrations. They may use fictional data, local browser storage, rule-based outputs, or limited AI functionality. They are not production systems, and features labelled planned, demo, preview, or coming soon may be incomplete.
3. No professional advice
Plutus does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Tyche does not guarantee employment, interviews, ATS results, or recruiter outcomes. Nous outputs are drafts for human review and do not replace professional, operational, security, or compliance judgement. Verify important decisions with a qualified professional.
4. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of accepting these Terms. Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe rights, attack or disrupt systems, upload malware, bypass safeguards, impersonate another person, or process information you are not authorised to use.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you enter or upload. You give BuildQuick limited permission to process that content only to operate the requested demo feature. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use the content and for avoiding confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information in a public demo.
6. AI and generated output
AI and automated output may be incomplete or incorrect. Source citations, scores, recommendations, and calculations are aids, not guarantees. Review outputs before relying on, sharing, or acting on them. The Services do not take external action unless a feature clearly says so and you explicitly approve it.
7. Intellectual property
BuildQuick owns the Services, product names, interface, software, and original content, excluding your content and third-party materials. You may use the public demos for personal evaluation, but may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except where applicable law permits.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any demo without notice. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. Keep your own copy of important information; browser-local demo data may be lost when site data is cleared or the demo changes.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. BuildQuick is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of a demo. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the products evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
